Very dirty place!!! Shared bathrooms could use a thorough cleaning!!! Needs improvement in cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms!!! Consider providing basic amenities such as kettles and chairs!!!

The location is decent, putting you in a spot that makes it easy to get around. If you're in a pinch and need a place to crash for a night, it does offer that basic functionality.
The rooms leave much to be desired—most notably, cleanliness was a major issue, with reports of dirty carpets and bathrooms that smell like they haven't seen a good scrub in ages. The shared bathrooms don't fare much better, with some guests noting that they were unclean and had unpleasant odors. the lack of basic amenities, like working remote controls and sufficient kitchen supplies for making tea and coffee, was disappointing. Lastly, the deposit process was confusing and frustrating, with unexpected charges and slow refunds that leave you feeling like you've been taken for a ride.

I had a pleasant stay at Woodlands Lodge Ilford. The location was excellent, being conveniently close to Valentines Park, which I enjoyed strolling through. The room was adequately comfortable for what I needed, providing basic amenities for my stay.
No Wi-Fi access.

I stayed in a Double Room with Shared Bathroom for one night. The room was clean and spacious, which was a nice surprise! I had an issue when checking in with using my card for the deposit. I had to run out to find an ATM because I only had cash. Staff were friendly though, and the parking was good for my 7-seater. it was decent for a short stay.

Had a great time staying here with friends. We loved how close it was to both the Redbridge Central Library and Ilford Station, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the parking was hassle-free, which was a huge plus. Definitely recommend if you're just looking for a place to rest after a busy day out.
We did face a bit of an issue with the room arrangements, as one of our friends ended up in a room that was really cold and quite uncomfortable. It made for a rough night for them.
